Redeploy Programme Map
redeploy / 01 system overview

Every leader migrates real people into new roles, live.

Redeploy is a 12 week programme for team leaders in financial services. They learn to scan where AI is changing the work, rebuild it, hold the career conversation, and move one real person into a new role, with service and controls intact. Every step runs in simulation before it runs for real.

redeploy / 02 the problem

AI is migrating the work. Nobody is migrating the people.

Financial institutions have bought the tools and trained people to use them. The gap is in the middle: team leaders who can turn new tools into new roles while the work keeps running.

redeploy / 03 deploy loop

One method, four stages: Scan, Rebuild, Deploy, Monitor.

The Deploy Loop is the operating model behind Redeploy. Every sprint, simulation, and tool runs on one of its four stages, and leaders run the loop again each time AI changes their team's work.

  1. 01

    Scan

See which tasks AI takes, changes, or leaves human, role by role.

Sprints 1 and 2 · Role Scanner, Task Shift Deck
  2. 02

    Rebuild

Refactor the workflow and agree a Migration Plan with each person affected.

Sprints 3 and 4 · Workflow Sandbox, Upgrade Talk
  3. 03

    Deploy

Move people into new roles through stretch work, shadowing, and onboarding.

    Sprint 5 · Sponsor Runbook
  4. 04

    Monitor

Stabilise the new way of working and report what it delivered.

Sprint 6 and Hypercare · Impact Dashboard

The Impact Dashboard reports reaction, learning, behaviour, and results.

redeploy / 04 sprints

Six sprints. Each one learned, practised, then shipped with the team.

Select a sprint to see what leaders learn, how they practise it, what they ship with their own team, and the tool they keep.

redeploy / 05 rollout plan

From discovery to handover in ten months.

Four phases, run like a system implementation. The cohort takes 2 to 3 hours a week. The phases around it tailor the programme to the institution, stabilise the change, and hand the capability over to its own faculty.

Release timeline
Weekly cadence during Go Live, about 2 to 3 hours

Plus four in person half days in weeks 1, 4, 7, and 12, three 1:1 coaching sessions per leader, and a sponsor check in every four weeks.

redeploy / 06 squad

Two teams, one cohort in the middle.

The institution's people make the moves real. The Wordsburg squad tailors, runs, and measures the programme. Each connection below is a working relationship, not a reporting line.

redeploy / 07 toolkit

Ten proprietary tools, configured for each institution.

Every tool is Wordsburg IP, set up with the institution's own roles, terms, and languages. Cases use fictional people and synthetic data, and the institution's Risk team reviews them before use.

redeploy / 08 impact dashboard

Measured on talent outcomes, layer by layer.

Targets are agreed with the sponsor in Discovery, against a baseline from the same teams. Results are reported by cohort and business unit, and people data at group level only.

Leaders take the same simulation in week 1 and week 12. It scores five behaviours.

redeploy / 09 editions

Three editions, one engine.

All three run on the Deploy Loop, the toolkit, and the Impact Dashboard. They differ in length, scale, and how much capability is handed over.
